Position Summary
Responsible for the execution/deployment of company marketing brand initiatives, resulting in profitable core business growth and market share expansion. Responsibilities span channel marketing, marketing communications, events/tradeshows and all facets of inbound/outbound commercialization throughout the medical business in Australia and New-Zealand.
Key responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to the following :
Key Accountabilities
- Implement brand strategies for the company with responsibilities of growing and nurturing brand performance.
- Develop campaigns that clearly demonstrate the company value proposition to the targeted customers segment. Support the campaign execution within the Sales Channels.
- Manage marketing communications including design and adherence of brand standards, and all forms of external communications while complying with TGA and internal regulatory requirements.
- Conduct end user demand generation programs and all facets of lead generation.
- Manage tradeshows and marketing events.
- Analyze market trends and potentials to improve brand strategies, demand generation and digital marketing.
- Employ marketing best practices such as customer segmentation, customer understanding, portfolio management, competitive positioning, and market assessment.
- Perform duties in accordance with established quality standards.
- Perform such similar, comparable or related duties as may be required.
Relationship Expectations

- Direct report to Country Manager ANZ
- Peer relationship with Marketing Manager APAC and ANZ Sales Team

Essential experience / Education / Knowledge and skills
- Education: Diploma in Marketing / Business or related discipline. Degree will be added advantage.
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of relevant product marketing experience in medical device/equipment industry and/or pharmaceuticals. Strong knowledge and experience with inbound & outbound marketing, campaign & demand creation, marketing communications & services and leads generation.
- Language Skills: Fluent English - oral and written.
- Ability to spend some time on the field.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, Graphic Design & Publication tools and Internet media.
- Ability to generate high impact targeted set of market materials and campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills to track & interpret campaign results, and determine which tools and messaging to use in various situations where penetration is most variable.
- Excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities concurrently.
- Hands-on, detail-oriented and meticulous.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and relationship development skills.
- Ability & experience interfacing at all levels of the organization.
- Strategic vision while balancing successful execution
- Ability & willingness to lead and work in a start-up-like organization
- Self-motivated, self-organized, and able to work with minimum supervision
