Our client is a leading commercial and personal insurer. They have an extensive range of market-leading products and have a long history of helping customers.

Currently, they are looking for a Retention and Engagement Manager.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Lead retention and loyalty strategies through to execution to decrease customer churn and increase customer engagement
• Develop and execute the customer markets retention strategy, driving engagement
• Lead the development of the customer lifecycle management program, leveraging new and existing propositions
• Lead a team of highly successful Marketers 
• Plan, develop and optimise marketing initiatives that deliver customer marketing objectives

Experience & Skills:

• Degree qualified in Marketing, Business or related
• 8+ years experience in integrated marketing strategy development and execution
• Experience developing business retention strategies
• Strong experience in developing and executing customer lifecycle strategies
• Experience managing a team of 3+ people
• Strong stakeholder management experience
• Exceptional at managing your time
