A vacancy exists for a Trade Marketing Coordinator within the wholesale division for Helloworld Travel Limited.
Helloworld Travel Limited is one of Australia’s leading integrated travel businesses, providing specialist government and corporate business travel, wholesale products, franchised retail services and ticket distribution services across 8 countries.
About the role:
The purpose of this role is to work closely with the Trade Marketing Manager to help support the execution of advertising and promotional campaigns in market in line with the company’s strategy, meeting delivery deadlines to support the organisation’s wholesale brands, specifically Qantas Holidays, Sunlover Holidays, Territory Discoveries, Viva! Holidays, Insider Journeys, The Cruise Team and Rail Tickets.
The key outcome of this role is to provide all-round administration and support, coordinate advertising and promotional enquiries and other initiatives.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Superior time management skills with a flexible approach to work as priorities change
- Experience in a high pressure, deadline driven environment
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills including proof reading and negotiation
- High level computer skills
- Tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing, Tourism/Travel or equivalent practical experience (desirable but not essential)
