Who
We are looking for:
• tertiary qualifications and excellent written and spoken communication skills
• three to five years’ experience in a research agency
• an understanding of online market research as well as CAPI, CATI and PAPI techniques
• a working knowledge of the research cycle from identifying objectives to managing projects, analysing results and communicating with clients
Role
You will be required to:
• be in day to day contact with clients and looking after project/financial management
• design and manage questionnaires with input from the team and clients
• analyst data including weighting and sample checking and bringing client data driven insights and focused solutions to our clients
