Our team play an integral role in ensuring Lüp delivers exceptional service that our clients have come to expect.

Lüp is offering a Full Time role to an experienced Client Services Coordinator. The ideal candidate will have a great work ethic, positive attitude, high attention to detail, ability to work independently as well as in a team and ability to take initiative.

Under the direction of various Operations Managers, your key responsibilities will include:

Pre Event:

  • Building relationships with clients to ensure all requirements and expectations have been met, both pre event and onsite.

  • Communicating to clients and ensuring all information has been received.

  • Maintaining achievable sales targets and KPI’s.

  • Responding to client and visitor enquiries.

During Event:

  • Travelling interstate and internationally for events.

  • Setting up and running of Lüp services at an event.

  • Small degree of IT and technology upkeep (training provided)

 

Post Event

  • Debriefing with client with analytical reporting.

  • Provide and support continuous improvement recommendations to further enhance their event.

  • Build strong relationships and connections to ensure that our services are engaged for subsequent opportunity.

This is a great opportunity to join a small team of fun, dynamic professionals and to develop your communication, sales and management skills. The role is location on the South Side of Brisbane and hours are Monday - Friday, with weekend and evening work required to meet the business needs and client expectations.

Skills and experience

A successful applicant will:

  • Be available to work weekends, as majority of events fall over the weekend.

  • Have a positive attitude and outgoing personality

  • Must be able to travel interstate and international.

  • At least 1-2 years experience in a managerial role

  • 1-2 years experience in customer service.

  • 1-2 years experience in the events industry.

  • Demonstrate outstanding verbal and written communication skills

  • Adequate understanding of common technologies (iPads, iPods etc).
