About the Role
We are recruiting for a CRM Analytics and Capability Manager to lead the team to develop and implement a data analytics strategy and CRM capability that is focused on producing meaningful customer insights that will help drive commercial opportunities in our CRM activity.
We are looking for someone who loves data and enjoys solving problems with insight as well as leveraging marketing technology to help deliver better automation and capability to the business and our customers. We want to hear from you if you are genuinely passionate about analytics and capability and have applied experience.
About You
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:
- Degree qualified in Marketing, Statistics or Analytics
- 5+ years of experience in a CRM Marketing reporting and analytics function analysing marketing data and producing analysis for performance tracking and decision making
- Must have CRM experience
- Project management experience desirable
- 2+ years of experience with marketing automation solutions with a demonstrated understanding of CRM concepts
- Expert level working with large data sets. Proficient in SQL/SAS and ability to create data models if required
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally
- Experience in leadership role managing a small team
- Communicate & present insights in a way that non-technical stakeholders can understand.
