An outstanding opportunity now exists for an Online Content Coordinator to join the Ecommerce team at a pivotal time for the organisation. This position is conveniently located near Motorway intersections within their modern Western Sydney Head Office in Eastern Creek.
Description
Reporting to the Ecommerce Merchandise Specialist you will work cross functionally with the internal stakeholders across IT Customer Service and Digital Marketing to enhance the customer and brand experience online, through content.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:
- Creating website content including but not limited to banners, product copy , optimising product categories and on-site content
- Supporting marketing activations through landing page builds
- Measuring and reporting on performance of online content activities
- Improving user experience by identifying trends and insights
- Collaborating with agencies and other vendor partners
- Ensuring campaigns are delivered accurately, on time and within brand guidelines
- Enrichment of product for the online store
- Following the merchandising schedule, ensuring all products are live and discontinued
- Assisting with AB and AF testing when required
Profile
The successful candidate will be a dynamic marketing professional with 2-4 years’ experience in a content role. Key attributes:
- Proven track record working in Ecommerce (B2C desirable)
- Track record in creating and managing content for websites a MUST
- Proven experience in online consumer behaviour (UI/UX background desirable)
- HTML Knowledge as well as content management experience (hybris an advantage)
- Proven strategist in SEO with strong Google Analytics skills
- Strong communication and organisational skills a MUST
- Enthusiastic, approachable, self-motivated and able to think outside the box
- Ability to be adaptable in a fast paced environment, work autonomously as well as in a team a MUST
- Experience in a retail or customer end user focused business setting a MUST
