We are currently seeking a Senior Brand Manager to manage, develop and drive Ceva Animal Health’s Companion Animal portfolio in Australia & New Zealand. In this position you will liaise with our global marketing team to adapt and execute strategy and will be responsible for the implementation of multi-channel marketing activities, including TVC and digital.
You must possess developed interpersonal skills, to be able to effectively build strong global relationships, work with external agencies to develop and manage marketing campaigns and be able to collaborate with cross functional departments to ensure marketing activities are executed in line with strategy and commercial results achieved.
Your experience and attributes will include:
- 7+ years brand marketing experience
- Experience in above the line / mass media (digital and TVC)
- Track record in leading or coaching a small, successful team
- Proven success in developing and implementing marketing strategies that delivers both short term and long-term growth objectives
- Experience in B2B, direct to consumer and technical marketing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong business acumen & negotiation skills
- High level of presentation skills
- Previous experience in animal health/OTC or FMCG preferred
