- Develop and execute our customer loyalty programmes

What you get to do:
- Assist the Snr Manager in defining the segmentation & customer marketing strategies
- Continually develop customer insights to understand current and predicted customer behaviour
- Work with Product, Marketing & Sales teams to develop & articulate customer-centric value propositions
- Develop, execute & optimise automated customer journeys to improve our Net Promoter Score (NPS), reduce churn and increase average revenue per user (ARPU)
- Develop a pipeline of customer advocates and case studies that can be used by Sales & Marketing
- Be the ultimate voice of the customer & champion their needs across the business
About you:
- General understanding of online marketing tactics like PPC, SEO, Content and Email Marketing
- Hands-on with a track record of delivering marketing programs - ideally focused on small business
- Commercially astute with strong analytical skills and the ability to convert data into insights
- A smart, adaptable, self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and proactive, “can do” attitude
- Degree in Marketing, business or a related discipline and solid marketing experience.
