Do you have a passion for sport and events? We're seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Marketing Coordinator- Events to join our Tennis HQ team.
Reporting to the Marketing Manager- Events, this position is responsible for coordinating events for Tennis Australia including the Davis and Federation Cup, Newcombe Medal and various marketing collateral. The role facilitates artwork production, activations, on and off-site signage and displays. This is a great opportunity to utilise your marketing expertise with a fun, active and dedicated team.
As the Marketing Coordinator- Events, you will support our team in the following areas:
- Coordinate and produce day to day marketing collateral requests from TA internal Business Units and Member Associations
- Manage the Davis and Federation Cup and Newcombe Medal marketing campaigns
- Coordinate the use and application of the AO campaign
- Coordinate budget related activities efficiently and effectively
- Coordinate administrative marketing activities
What you’ll bring to the role:
- Previous professional experience in the marketing field
- High IT competency and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, Adobe CS5 software
- Strong attention to detail
- Proven skills in effective time management and prioritisation
- Previous experience working in a dynamic environment
