We’re looking for an experienced and motivated marketing professional to join our valued marketing team in a new role that will help drive and support our continued growth.
Based in Dubbo, with opportunities to travel, this role offers you an opportunity to develop a broad range of skills in a nationally focused role that supports our Australia and international based marketing and communications initiatives and efforts.
About the Role
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for assisting in the delivery of the annual marketing plans for the company and its subsidiary/sister companies. The role also provides support to the Director, General Manager and divisional managers to help achieve new and different requests and explore opportunities to add value to accomplish organisation goals.
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Planning and implementing advertising and marketing campaigns
- Organising the production of regular sales materials
- Maintaining promotional materials and coordinating requirements
- Coordinating company representation at industry exhibitions and events
- Producing marketing and communication materials for various internal and external purposes
- Coordinating sponsorship arrangements
- Website maintenance and monitoring
- Content development and copywriting
- Email marketing
- Social media community management
- Weekly and monthly reporting on marketing activities and outcomes.
You'll be rewarded with an attractive remuneration package, negotiable with skills and experience, and provided with a company phone and laptop.
About You
- Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, communications or a similar field of study
- 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role
- Project management experience
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, InDesign and Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Confident and outgoing personality
- Excellent attention to detail
- Well organised and self-motivated.
