As the Marketing Executive Rewards, your primary focus will be the day to day management of the Subscriber Rewards program. You will be responsible for ensuring outstanding customer experiences, implementing multi channel campaigns to drive consumer engagement, along with reporting on initiatives. You will use digital platforms to manage the program, schedule communications and review results.
Who you are
You are an experienced customer engagement marketer, with particular interest and focus in loyalty and retention. You are an energetic team member with a natural flair for managing multiple campaigns and stakeholders. Success in this role stems from your capability to execute end-to-end campaigns across multiple CRM channels. You have knowledge of direct marketing principles and working with agencies whilst being comfortable negotiating and influencing multiple stakeholders, all with competing demands.
You will have demonstrated experience in developing and implementing successful campaigns that are informed by customer data to drive engagement outcomes. Solution focussed, you possess analytical skills with a customer first approach, enjoying tasks such as developing customer journeys, data-driven campaign briefs and interpreting results to drive optimisation and improve customer experience. You will have a can-do attitude, excellent attention to detail, and an eagerness to build your skills.
