This is a permanent position with an ASAP start.
Responsibilities:
- Guide effective engagement with key stakeholders by the Executive and Senior Management team, establishing and maintaing regular high level contact and communication
- Provide strategic advice and support to Directors to guide ongoing engagement with key stakeholders
- Oversee and daily manage corporate priorty memberships, corporate priority stakeholder and database
- Ensure the needs of key stakeholders are carefully ascertained and monitored to assist in the effective management of issues affecting projects
- Ensure effective budget management and financial reporting which meets the organisation's overall legal and statutory requirements and control expenditure within budget limits
- Provide and maintain a working environment that is safe and without risks to the health, safety and wellbeing of all employees, contractors and volunteers.
About you:
- Significant experience operating effectively at the highest levels of government
- Demonstrated experience in developing, implementing and evaluating engagement, marketing and communication strategies
- Superior political awareness and capabilities
- Exceptional interpersonal skills for building effective professional relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Current Victorian driver's licence is required
