FCB is a modern group of professional services and technology brands servicing clients in both Australia and New Zealand across all areas of workplace & industrial relations, employment relations, migration, HR compliance and HR technology.

We are looking for a talented and fired up copywriter and digital content producer to work with all 5 FCB Group brands, you’ll be reporting to our Digital Marketing Manager and working with our in house digital, Marketing & BD teams. 

What we are looking for in our new team member:

• You have existing experience in, or a desire to move into professional services and B2B SaaS and technology copywriting, with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in copywriting space overall.
• You will be looking for a role with a full & busy content production calendar across all manner of content types including but not limited to: case studies, e-books, articles, whitepapers, infographics, campaign content and landing page content.
• You will be excited by working with different groups of professionals across our 5 brands to craft their messaging and copy into accessible, publishable and replicable content.
• Demonstrated ability to take complex information and re-design into accessible and easy to understand content for various end user groups & audiences.
• Experience working with content management systems
• Experience in copywriting for SEO.
• Solid experience in writing copy for multiple websites.
• Strong writing, grammar and proof-reading skills
• Design & creative skills highly desirable
• Video editing skills highly desirable
• Experience with Google Analytics highly desirable

The role & what you’ll be doing:

An integral part of the Marketing function within the Group, you will be working closely with the Digital Marketing Manager and our broader marketing, BD and digital team to create fresh and innovative ideas to contribute to the overall marketing strategy of the business.

• Collaborate with our close knit team every day, consisting of Digital Marketing Manager, Web Developer, Marketing & digital coordinators, BDM’s & sales team.
• Create new and engaging content for up to four websites.
• Producing newsletters, brochures, e-books, infographics, case studies and more - for each of our brands.
• Own and run award submission processes.
• Design and run general marketing campaigns for client acquisition and retention.
• Create and implement digital and social marketing campaign activities.
• Write campaign copy ensuring that creative and copywriting is consistent.
• Work closely with closely with the digital marketing manager to assist in building websites with optimum SEO rankings.
• Manage our online/offline “public relations”.
• Be part of the brainstorming team to consistently invent and test new marketing approaches.
