An opportunity exists for an experienced internal communication professional to join this impressive organisation in a 12 month contract role.

Some of the key tasks you will be responsible for include .

• Ensure all communications reflect the strategic plan, strategic initiatives and business planning
• Provide communications to support key business projects and any organisational changes
• Prepare communications strategies and content for channels that engage a variety of internal audiences.
• Measure engagement and uptake of communication efforts.
• Use best-practice methodologies to support transformational change at an individual level.
• Develop new digital channels where required.
• Develop and manage effective communication processes.
• Co-ordinate and collaborate with peer communication groups for best outcomes.
• Build and maintain strong, effective working relationships with key stakeholder groups and individuals

To be successful be successful in this role you will have the following -

• Knowledge and experience in all aspects of internal communications processes.
• Knowledge of social media, intranet and other digital channel management and best practice.
• Advanced skills in writing and editing for a variety of communication channels.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Demonstrated experience in planning and coordination in a multi-task environment.
• Demonstrated experience in large-scale transformation projects
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders at one time.
• Excellent attention to detail.
