Hyster-Yale Group is a global market leader in materials handling equipment. The company designs, engineers, manufactures, sells and services a comprehensive line of lift trucks and aftermarket parts marketed globally primarily under the Hyster, Yale and UTILEV brands. Products are distributed to market through a network of independent dealers to industries including manufacturing, logistics, and transport and stevedoring.
This role is to support the Marketing Manager in developing and executing the Asia-Pacific marketing plan. You will take ownership of integrated marketing activities, both online and offline, to improve the brand image and grow market share for HYG within the Asia-Pacific region.
Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Delivery of digital and traditional advertising and communication
- Maximising effectiveness of dealer portal, websites, campaigns, events, research, merchandise and promotional materials in the market and for the dealer network.
- Independently manage the marketing agency and various vendors. This includes decision-making, budgeting, planning, creative, copywriting, and performance monitoring.
- Management of online and offline content, brochures, merchandise and promotional material
The ideal person must demonstrate good leadership skills and be well organized to effectively manage multiple projects within budget and timeframes. You must also be highly customer focused with a desire to bring new ideas to life.
To be successful for this position, you will have:
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing and/or Business Administration.
- 3+ years in a marketing role with broad digital marketing skills, including but not limited to, SEO, SEM, EDM, social media, website maintenance, content development, data analysis and reporting.
- Graphic design software applications including Adobe Suite programs (Photoshop and InDesign), Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Team-player that positively contributes within a team, have a can-do attitude, flexible in thinking and approach to tasks.
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written skills)
- Strong administration skills
We are based in Milperra just off the M5 with free on-site parking.
