The Role
- Emphasis on local NPD and implementation using market insights and consumer trends;
- Brand management ensuring that your portfolio is top of mind; and
- Agency management regarding marcomms messaging including creative, media and digital.
The Person
- You are an Assistant Brand Manager ready to step up to a Brand Manager role or maybe a junior Brand Manager looking for more freedom and ability to influence outcomes;
- You have led / played a significant role in successful NPD projects;
- A background in FMCG, with a particular advantage if you have food category experience;
- You thrive on accountability and empowerment; and
- You are an Australian or New Zealand citizen or hold a valid visa that allows you to work in Australia.
The company is located in The Hills and offers highly flexible working hours and work from home options, however this is still an office-based position. If you have a passion for home improvement or renovations, this opportunity will certainly appeal.
