About the Role 
This permanent full time role will be working with our clients to organise onsite activities to promote our salary packaging products and services.

You will be responsible for: 

• Contacting our clients to identify most suitable site activity and ensure this is promoted
• Confirming activity is recorded and shared through our CRM and send calendar invites
• Analysing activity attendance rates to identify trends and sharing any suggested best practices
• Identifying, implementing, testing and measuring success of promotional activities so that any process improvements and efficiency can be adopted

To be successful in the role, you will have:

• An enthusiastic and personable phone manner
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with different personalities
• Ability to work autonomously
• Strong stakeholder management and rapport building skills
• Strong organisational and time management skills, as well as the ability to multi-task
