Highly motivated Marketing Coordinator needed by a leading Melbourne based online  Financial Institution!  Reporting to Marketing Manager, the successful candidate will assist in all areas of online marketing, with a strong focus on search marketing (SEM), display and social media advertising.

You will:

• Strategies and execute all SEM/PPC and Social campaigns
• Create landing pages (with the Design team) for all digital campaigns
• Design and execute marketing & operational eDMs and campaigns as and when required;
• Identify and exploit alternative marketing opportunities based on business potential;
• Have excellent knowledge of SEO/SEM, social media, and all things digital; and
• Have outstanding verbal and written communication.
• Be a team player who loves learning from others

Qualification & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing or Advertising;
• Excellent knowledge of and experience with marketing analytics tools (i.e. Google Analytics), Facebook Insights and Ad Manager and Google AdWords;
• Basic HTML knowledge; and
• The ability to think creatively and work independently; 

Highly desirable:

• Google Advertising Professional Certification;
• Experience in PPC management (Google AdWords, Bing, YouTube & Yahoo);
• Experience in developing and implementing PPC campaigns;
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud/Eloqua or equivalent);
• Strong organizational skills, time management and attention to detail; and
• Positive, can-do attitude.
