Dealerships within the group include Magic Nissan, Melville Renault, Rockingham Nissan, and Midwest Nissan in Geraldton which include Nissan, Honda, Ford and Hyundai.

The Magic Group is looking for dynamic and motivated individual to join our growing Head Office team as a Marketing Coordinator. The position is located at our dealership in Melville. The Marketing Coordinator guides the implementation of website marketing techniques, Basic Search and Lead Management processes, with OEM Dealers and Wholesale Personnel through proven best practices, improvement plans, training personnel on use of necessary reporting tools. You will be working to achieve program and aligned Regional goals, maintaining assigned Regional, Zone and dealership relationships.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Website management, including content design, editorial writing and upload
• Program product releases and manage implementation plans
• Design product packaging while liaising with supply chain staff
• Run marketing research in support of new product development
• Develop marketing collateral in many different forms supporting our brands and occasionally our key distributors
• Continue to develop our online presence and website improvements
• Carry out some graphic design and photo shop duties
• Manage content for our social media channels ensuring quality engagement

To suit this role you must be able to demonstrate:

• A tertiary qualification in marketing
• Experience managing website content
• Basic graphic design skills using Adobe In Design and Photoshop
• Experience in managing content across social media platforms
• Website management skills using WordPress and SEO optimisation
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Have great written skills and demonstrate attention to detail
• The drive to effectively operate unsupervised
• Be confident, positive and have a can do attitude
• A natural team player willing to work towards team achievements
