The role:
Lead and drive the development of stylists and salon customers to promote brand success in the market place and achieve planned targets and increase revenue through facilitating education seminars.
Reporting to the Education Team Leader, you will be:
- Execute Education training programs based on the Wella Education curriculum. Facilitate the group, identifies barriers and handles attitudes
- Deliver Education training seminars in a studio, salon or training facility across a range of Salon Professional brands to key account, gold and silver customers
- Provide basic customization in line with commercial requirements and guidelines
- Support manager in the orientation and basic training of new employees, as needed
- Where there is delivery of training by multiple trainers, may direct delivery of key seminar elements
- Actively respond to customer needs with solutions based on technical mastery and experience
You will have:
- Require a hairdresser’s license
- Up to 2 years salon experience
- Excellent knowledge of Salon Professional products and Education services
- Mastery in training others and influencing practices and behaviours
- High level interpersonal skills with ability to work collaboratively with sales and other functional teams
- Excellent presentation and strong communication skills
- Strong analytical, thinking and problem solving skills
