What we are offering:

Immediate start
On going role - Monday to Friday
Day/Afternoon Shifts Available
Free on site parking

Role & Responsibilities

Preparation of Dough & Pastry
Baking/racking in commercial ovens
Cake work / Piping / Mixing /slicing
Icing Prep/ icing cakes/ Soft icing
Experience in using commercial mixers, icing machine and some experience using sonic cutters
Full training will be provided.

The successful candidate will have the following:

Pastry Cook certificate III or equivalant
The ability to work daily (Monday to Friday) Day and Afternoon shifts
Previous bakery experience
Ability to be flexible undergoing different tasks
Have the ability to lift up to 25kg
Be comfortable with fast paced repetitive work.
Have reliable transport
