Veolia has an exciting opportunity for an up and coming Account Manager or qualified Tradesman who is looking for the next step in their career.
Veolia is seeking an Account Manager or qualified Tradesman with a background in HVAC, Electrical Services or Controls to join our National Office team. Reporting into the Regional Energy Solutions Manager the role will take the lead on account and contract management of Energy Solutions Critical Infrastructure clients, while also providing support to energy efficiency projects and fixed operational sites.

About The Role:
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Account and contract management of critical infrastructure clients
Complete all necessary paperwork related to the supervision, maintenance and service work performed and operational documentation.
Weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting and meetings with clients
Liaise with subcontractors for the completion of planned, reactive and quoted works
Supervise work performed by subcontractors employed by Veolia as required.
Review monthly spend and profitability of each client account
Be available to complete overtime work including works scheduled after hours and on weekends.
On call roster for coordinating after hours break downs
Help and attend all the company training programs.
Provide support as required to energy efficiency projects and energy operational sites
Actively pursue improvements to safety and safety culture.
Comply with site safety policies and procedures and always act in a safe manner.
Prepare and review Safe Work Method Statements and Job Safety Analysis worksheets when required. Ensure risk assessments are completed before any work is commenced.
Ensure safe working practices are established for all tasks.
Comply with site safety policies and procedures with no compromise.
Qualifications and experience:
Engineering Qualification or a Trade Qualification in either Refrigeration HVAC Mechanic/Electrical/Electrician/Controls.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain productive working relationships with internal and external customers.
Supervision of subcontractors
Attention to detail
High regard for established systems and processes
Demonstrated ability to build, manage and mentor relationships with co-workers.
Is able to maintain an open and trusting relationship with immediate manager.
Ability to form and maintain positive working relationship with administration team.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Exposure to financial and accounting systems.
