THE COMPANY
Our client is looking to add an experienced Service Manager to their team on the Sunshine Coast. Your core responsibility will be to ensure the workshop and associated teams are working efficiently, productively and safely to maximise customer vehicle downtime.
Responsibilities Include:
- Previous Service Management experience in a dealership
- Ownership of the performance and daily activity of the Service department
- Ensuring achievement of all targets
- Overall productivity of the team and ensuring all work has been completed and quality checked to high standards
The Successful Applicant:
- Previous experience working as a Service Manager in the automotive industry
- Great people and leadership skills to lead the Service team
- Sound knowledge of workshop procedures
- Ability to meet deadlines
