The Opportunity
We currently have an exciting full time opportunity for a well-rounded and proactive Service Advisor to join our Iveco Service team based at Rocklea.
The Responsibilities
- Open and close repair orders
- Customer and Internal warranty invoicing
- Raising of purchase orders and liaise with Sub-contractors
- All phone enquiry during shift hours
- Relief front counter operations when required
- Customer service over the phone or face to face
- Ensure technicians have completed RO information to an appropriate standard
The Requirements
- Relevant Trade Qualification
- Strong organizational and computer skills
- Excellent Customer service skills
- Technical/mechanical knowledge
- Attention to Detail
