Who You Are:
Maybe you're a tradie looking for a change or an individual striving to advance your career. Or maybe you're an admin professional or retail assistant looking to step it up a notch. If the boot fits, your responsibilities would include (but are not limited to):
- Strong ability to efficiently deliver information to internal and external customers
- Knowledge of hand tools and automotive accessories (hands on or front counter experience is a bonus)
- Answering inbound telephone calls
- Provide product information to customers (technical specs, availability, pricing, etc)
- Investigate and resolve customer issues
- Data and order entry
- Provide general admin support to the Field Sales team and other departments
- Liaise with our warehouses to coordinate and follow-up deliveries and stock queries
- Investigate and process credit claims
- Well-rounded communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
