Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Handling sales and purchase contracts,
preparation of shipping documentations (mainly in export business),
liaise with supplier, customers and related group companies,
processing vouchers for sales and purchase & general expenses,  
support the Dept clerical working,
support the Dept trading activities when required
  
Conditions:
Minimum 3 years of experiences in preparation of shipping
Great command of English language
documentations for export and import business
Visa: Australian national, Permanent resident of Australia, Partner visa
Japanese language skill is plus but not mandatory
  
Successful candidates will be required to undergo background verification checks prior to commencement of employment.
