The Role
Essendon Volkswagen is currently looking for an experienced Vehicle Parts Interpreter to join our successful team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated and organised Parts Interpreter to further develop their career with one of Melbourne's largest multi franchised parts suppliers. You will be working across our brand of vehicles and accountable for the following responsibilities:
- Build customer relationships through superior customer service
- Supply and invoicing of parts to Retail customers, Service and Pre-Delivery departments
- Look to maximise part sales profit margin where possible
- Prepare and assist in annual stock take
- Utilise manufacturer provided technical assistance.
- Conduct sales transactions with customer by telephone, internet, e-mail, and over the counter
About You
- Previous experience as a Parts Interpreter (VW parts experience will be highly regarded).
- Certificate III in Automotive Sales (Parts Interpreting) or equal industry experience
- Strong mechanical aptitude & knowledge
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a sound working relationship with customers, employees, stakeholders and business partners
- Ability to meet deadlines & carry out instructions as required in a timely manner
- Able to comply with manufacturer and dealership repair processes, policies and procedures
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to plan and prioritize work to achieve maximum customer satisfaction
