Wilson Security currently have an exciting leadership opportunity for a Site Manager to play an integral part in managing the day to day operations of a high profile Defence Site.
ABOUT THE ROLE
An opportunity currently exists within Wilson Security WA for a Security Site Manager for a Defence Facility located in Bullsbrook. This Monday - Friday role will be responsible for overseeing the day to day operation and performance of site security, ensuring effective service delivery and compliance with client requirements. The position of Site Security Manager is the primary point of contact for clients and visitors to the site, and will provide visible leadership and customer service at the front line.
The responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Deliver operations excellence with an emphasis on customer service skills to ensure the operational needs are met
- Direct liaison with client representatives and its customers
- Staff supervision and frontline performance management
- Front line response to operational issues
- Investigation and outcome reporting into security incidents.
- Communication & implementation of processes and procedures to enhance client service delivery.
- Monthly Reporting
- Paperwork Reconciliation
- Site Visits
- Conduct Regular Tool Boxes
- Recruitment
- Promote security awareness, interacting with staff and key stake holders
- Provide 24/7 emergency response for all security, operations and facility related areas

This role requires the successful applicant to currently hold and maintain a current WA Security Licence.
