MTQ Engine Systems is Australia's largest provider of Diesel Fuel Injection and Turbocharger service, diagnostics and parts distribution. MTQ has been operating for over 40 years and has the strength of a National branch network. MTQ Dandenong are currently recruiting an experienced Service Coordinator/Advisor.
Reporting to the Branch Manager, tasks required from this position include:
- Provide service advice and support to customers relating to all on vehicle and diagnostic repairs.
- Provide service quotes as required and assist with the booking in of service jobs
- Invoice part sales and service orders to customers.
- Maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Phone sales and support
This position requires someone with an excellent understanding of automotive/mechanical parts and servicing specifically related to turbocharged vehicles. The successful candidate will also have:
- Extensive service advisory experience essential
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Service Coordination or Parts Interpreting experience
- High level organisational skills
