Have you just finished studying and looking for some extra cash?
Are you in between jobs and looking to pick up some casual labouring work?
AJRecruitment is seeking Turf Labourers (White Card) who are available for a short-term casual project located in Werribee.
The Role
Our client promotes a team orientated environment, where all casuals are treated like one of their own. We are looking for fit and reliable labourers who enjoy working outdoors, happy to undertake repetitive work and can work in a crew where you will be required to lay naturally grown turf.
Some of our client's projects include turf installation for sporting ovals, golf courses, racetracks, residential homes and corporate sites.
Skills and Experience
No experience is necessary except that you have a real passion to work outdoors, do not mind doing a hard's day work and can follow instructions.
We are looking for individuals who have their own PPE, be able to undertake repetitive lifting (the turf is not heavy) and possess a can do attitude.
In addition we require:
- White Card (or state equivalent)
- Valid Victorian Drivers Licence with own transport
- Available to start early
- Be fit, reliable and come to work each day with a great attitude
- Previous experience in a similar role is highly regarded but not essential
- Casual hourly rate is $25.00 per hour
