Due to extended trading hours, endota spa Malvern is now seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Beauty Therapist to join our results focused, vibrant and professional team.

This position is a permanent role and we are looking for someone who is committed and looking for a long-term career with us. Management opportunities also exist for a top performing senior therapist in the coming 4-6 months. If you're looking to advance your career ... join our team.

Hours:  Flexible – Full time, part time or casual.

If you are interested in pursuing management opportunities, we are looking for a 2IC/Assistant Manager to be appointed in the coming months which would allow for 2 days a week running the spa reception, and 3 days a week in treatment leading your team of therapists through example in all that you do daily. The 2IC may also be eligible to attend management conferences interstate and / or overseas in the next 12-24 months.

Does This Sound Like You?

• You have a minimum of 2-3 years in spa/salon experience.
• You possess the drive and motivation to achieve regular targets as well as motivate others?
• You are passionate, committed, punctual, reliable and immaculately presented.
• You are a retail sales guru, with clients who love to return to see you on each and every visit
• You are a Diploma qualified beauty therapist (or higher). Committed to service excellent and leading by example.
• Fully confident and competent in all areas of beauty (facials, advanced facials, body massage, waxing (inc XXX), tinting, body treatments, mani's & pedi's, spray tanning etc).
• You are available to work on a flexible roster that includes some late nights until 9pm and some Saturdays until 5pm.
• Experience and certified training with Dermalogica will be very highly regarded, however is not essential.
• Experience working with Shortcuts booking/reception software and on a busy reception is also an advantage.
• If you have the drive to learn, and have a great attitude, we will teach you the rest!
