THE POSITION
We are seeking a Security officers to maintain a strong focus on security whilst providing superior customer service in a diverse environment. You will be required manage and control security in a static capacity.
The primary functions of the role include, but are not limited to:
- Customer liaison and assistance with all enquiries
- Problem identification and resolution in accordance with standard operating procedures
- Monitoring cameras
- Patrolling sites on foot
- Preparing and submitting accurate and timely reports of daily activities and irregularities such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorised persons or unusual occurrences
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
To be considered for this opportunity with Wilson Security, you must be able to demonstrate that you have the skills, experience & licences:
- Current and valid WA Security licence
- Crowd Control Licence and RSA is desirable
- Current and valid WA Driver's licence
- Certificate II in security operations
- Must hold current valid First Aid and CPR
- Ability to commute to sites around town (Karratha)
- Availability to work a roster across 24 hours per day seven days a week;
- Extensive experience in the Security industry or similar.
- Confidence in confronting poeple
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Possess good problem solving skills
- Ability to autonomously
- Full, unlimited right-to-work in Australia;
