Nova Smash Repairs is seeking to employ a reliable, experienced, qualified, SPRAY PAINTER and PANEL BEATER tradesman. You will require the following skills:

• Min 7 years experience within a Body Shop or Accident Repair Centre.
• Competent in both small and large smash repairs.
• Highly competent in all areas of body repair including all forms of welding.
• Be committed to achieve complete customer satisfaction.
• Possess a flexible approach and a positive attitude.
• Work in a team environment where mutual respect is paramount.
• Spray Painters (preferable if you have used Glasurit Water based paint).
• Be able to work unsupervised efficiently at high quality standards
• Be able to work and achieve quality KPI production targets to meet budgets and customer demands.

Financial incentive payments are paid based on achievement of performance KPI targets .
