We are looking for a dedicated, hardworking and mature-minded Cleaner to join the team at our Sinnamon Park community, opening in July. 

This is a casual position. 

About you 

Reporting to the Community Manager the successful applicant will be well presented, self-motivated and reliable, bringing energy and enthusiasm into the role. You will be service orientated, possess exceptional people skills and be passionate about providing exceptional customer service. 

You will work to ensure a high standard of service in the cleaning role and provide associated hospitality services. 

The position requires a highly confident, competent all-rounder with previous experience working in aged care desirable. You will have excellent interpersonal communication skills, including tact, and relationship building skills with a broad range of people as well as an ability to establish appropriate priorities and meet deadlines. 

Key Duties and Responsibilities 

* clean and maintain all communal areas to a high standard 

* inventory stocktake and ordering 

* assist with hospitality services 

* ensure privacy, confidentiality and dignity of residents and staff 

Selection Criteria: 

* Infection control experience 

* Able to provide quality cleaning services 

* Be well presented 

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team 

* Have a current Federal Police Check 

* Have a current First Aid Certificate 

* Have a current CPR Certificate 

* Have a willingness to work with the elderly and; 

* be extremely diligent, motivated, reliable and hardworking
