An opportunity exists for someone who has experience working in the cleaning industry. Previous experience within a CBD high rise building is preferred. Part time hours are on offer with a possibility to increase this to full time for the person who shows initiative, supervisory skills and a strong work ethic - particularly when filling in for the Contract Manager during leaves of absence.
Reliability is a must, as is the ability to pass a federal police clearance. This role is a hands on role, undertaking some direct cleaning while auditing and assisting management in the supervision of a cleaning team. The successful applicant will be flexible in the hours they can work and must be able to step up to more hours when required. The position regularly requires more than 20 hours work per week so only applicants who can meet this criteria should apply.
