Summary
This position is in the most dynamic and fastest growing Aftermarket Company in the marketplace, Permagard Automotive. In this position, you will need to have exceptional customer service skills as you will be servicing our customers in the Sydney, NSW area.

The position we are offering is a Mobile Window Hybrid Tinter - Hybrid, providing support to the Operations team. The role will involve but not be exhaustive of the following;
- Completion of demonstrations/half cars.
- Mobile window fitment at Permagard sites.
- Customer relations – Servicing our accounts to assist with building and maintaining relationships.
- Striping and cleaning old tint from vehicles, in preparation for reapplication of the new film.
- Assisting with Permagard Product Applications.
- Warranty management.
- Reporting to management on a daily basis.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Prior experience is essential.
- Current and valid Driver's license.
- Sound knowledge of vehicle tinting techniques and processes.
- Must have exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Must be detail oriented.
- Must be an active listener and exercise sound judgment.
- Good critical thinking and problem-solving skills are essential.
- Must be good at time management and multi-tasking.
- Must have the ability to effectively manage material resources and keep track of an inventory of supplies.
