About the business
Marland Farms QLD is a multi-generational business that produces button mushrooms to supply to major supermarkets at a state of the art facility in Stapytlon.
About the role
As cleaning supervisor, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the farm, including:
- common staff areas (e.g. kitchen, break areas, bathrooms)
- growing rooms
- packaging areas
- other areas of the farm
You will do this by superivising existing cleaning staff and liaising with contract cleaners.
You will be required to maintain a roster for the cleaning team and ensure that all operating procedures and company policies are complied with.
You would also be required to assist with cleaning duties.

Skills and experience
- Prior experience in cleaning / janitorial roles (preference for supervisory positions)
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team
