Norris Motor Group One of Brisbane's Fastest Growing Northside Dealer Groups is looking for a Qualified Workshop Foreman. Norris Motor Group has been in operation for the last 25 years and today is one of Queensland's largest privately owned and operated Motor Dealer Group's.
In this role you will be responsible for overseeing the workshop to ensure that efficiency and the quality of repair and service work meets the required benchmarks. You will oversee the development of the workshop's technical skill base, and will utilise your industry knowledge and experience to contribute to the Department's commercial success.
We are looking for
- Australian recognised automotive trade qualification
- Dealership experience as a Foreman or Advanced technician not essential
- Excellent communication skills
- Good at working in team environment
- Proven diagnostic ability and experience
- The ability to drive retail labour and CSI growth within the workshop
