Due to a huge amount of upcoming work, there is an opportunity for a Full-time qualified Carpenter and Tradesman All-rounder to join our team Permanently!

Every Trade Building Services is working closely with a few major companies who specialise in numerous areas and have utilised E.T.B.S in a mixed use of Building & Construction specializing in Building, Construction, Design, Fit-Outs, Remedial, Refurbishment, Interiors and Maintenance.

Responsibilities Will Include or Posses: 

• Hands on all round Carpentry / Tradesman work
• Knowledge and skill-set of each tool required for whole fit out and major construction operation.
• You will have a sound understanding of construction practices on a range of projects, as well as a technical working knowledge of major building trades as well as the NCC and Australian Standards.
• Working knowledge and understanding of Work Health and Safety Act as it relates to the construction industry.
• Working to deadlines, contract and project requirements
• Candidate Skills and Qualifications will include:
• Australian Trade Qualification in Carpentry (Required)
• Minimum 3 years' experience in leading hand role or similar
• Strong commercial industry experience
• MUST HAVE OWN TOOLS!
• A range of domestic, commercial experience in the following:
  - Carpentry
  - Plastering
  - Painting
  - Concreting
  - Tiling
  - Waterproofing

• 65K - 80K + UTE and Superannuation and Penalties (Depending on Experience)
