We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated Admissions Administrator to join our busy MSc Admissions Team. You will work as part of a team responsible for the administration of student recruitment to Cass Business School's MSc Programme.Responsibilities
Based in the MSc Admissions Office, you will provide clerical and administrative support for the admission team, in particular, the processing of MSc student applications. Your duties will include dealing with a range of applicant and student enquiries, checking and processing documents and, maintaining and updating our student database.
Duties and responsibilites will include:
Support the Admissions Team with data entry, including updating and maintaining information on the central university database (SITS) and download and process large volumes of online applications.
Respond to general queries from prospective students via email and assist with the distribution of information to relevant colleagues whether it by email or by post.
Assist with organising and participation in various student recruitment events, MSc registration and induction programme and assist in promoting Cass Business School to prospective students, including conducting tours of the building.Person SpecificationYou will be educated to A level or equivalent with experience of working in a busy, client focused administrative office. You will have effective oral and written communication skills, exceptional customer service skills and excellent IT skills including experience of managing databases. You must be a team player with an excellent eye for detail and the ability to work accurately and effectively under pressure.Additional Information
