The Education Policy Support Section supports the PVC Education in the development of education policy and the management of quality assurance and enhancement across the collegiate University. The section services Education Committee and its subcommittees, provides advice and guidance to departments, faculties and colleges within Oxford, and handles certain types of student cases.
Following a reorganisation of the section, we are seeking to recruit two excellent candidates to fill two new posts, one heading the Taught Degrees and Student Casework Team, and the other heading the Research Degrees and Quality Review Team. You will have a good first degree or equivalent, and experience of working at a senior level in higher education or similar environment. You will have excellent analytical, strategic planning, communication and interpersonal skills, combined with excellent organisational and administrative abilities, including a capacity to manage complex exercises and work on a variety of projects simultaneously in a busy working environment whilst meeting strict deadlines.
