We are seeking to appoint an experienced cleaner to join our Campus Services cleaning team to deliver high quality cleaning services to the academic buildings of the University.Knowledge of modern cleaning routines and BICSc qualifications would be desirable but not essential. Previous experience in the cleaning industry is preferred.This role is 21 hours per week, 33 weeks per year.You will have:
- Appropriate experience of the cleaning industry and proven supervisory skills
- Understanding of Health and Safety issues as applied to the cleaning industry. Ability to demonstrate an understanding of the principles of COSHH
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to use MS Office programmes and IT literacy is a must
- Excellent customer care skills
- Motivation and team-working skills
