The role holder is responsible for contributing to the teaching and administration of all undergraduate and postgraduate programmes in the fields of human resource management with an ability to deliver these areas in QMU and throughout our Trans National Educational Partnership network.  The post holder will be expected to engage in the teaching of human resource management within the Division, and will have the ability to enliven and engage students studying human resource management as part of a variety of undergraduate and postgraduate programmes including Business Management, Events Management and International Hospitality and Tourism Management.

The post holder will be expected to engage in scholarship, knowledge exchange, consultancy and other income generating activities within the Division, School and University.

A Higher level qualification (PhD, DBA or similar) or equivalent professional qualification in human resource management; and significant experience in delivering University-level undergraduate and post-graduate curricula are essential.

It is also an essential requirement of the role, that the post holder has peer reviewed academic publications and experience of conducting empirical research and/or contribution to knowledge exchange
