Applications are invited for the post of Year 5 & Cambridge Graduate Course (CGC) Admissions Administrator within the Education Division of the School of Clinical Medicine, based on the Cambridge Biomedical Campus.  The role holder will join the Division's Curriculum Team which is responsible for the administration of the clinical components of the University's medical courses.

The post holder will be the first point of contact for any matters regarding Year 5 (second clinical year) of the medical course and will be responsible for timetabling the Year 5 cohort of students, for ensuring the successful delivery of teaching and other events related to Year 5, and for all other administrative matters relating to Year 5 of the course. They will also provide administrative support to the recruitment and admission of students onto the Cambridge Graduate Course in Medicine (CGC).  More information about the medical courses can be found here: https://www.medschl.cam.ac.uk/education/prospective-students/

The ideal candidate will be educated to A Level standard or equivalent and requires previous administration experience, preferably in a Higher Education environment. They will possess excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, strong prioritisation skills with an adaptable and flexible work ethic, and excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with individuals at all levels of seniority and to deal sensitively with students and staff.  Previous experience of working within the University of Cambridge and/or the NHS is desirable.
