About the role
Regent’s University London is looking to recruit an experienced Alumni Relations Data & Research Officer to join our busy Development & Alumni Relations Department on a temporary basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing complex database and data resources and will support the department through the provision, collection and management of accurate data, He/she will be providing reports and research to support the Alumni Relations Programme to ensure the aims and targets are achieved. The role will require cross-departmental communication and interaction with the Careers &Business Department, Registry and Student Recruitment & Admissions in order to support the enhancement of the student experience.
Skills and Experience
- A University degree or equivalent
- Experience of managing data resources
- Experience of maintaining web pages and/or e-bulletin services
- Experience in alumni relations, marketing or a related sector
- Knowledge and understanding of the principles of Alumni Relations & Development
- Knowledge and understanding of CRMs within an Alumni, Development, Educational or
- Membership context
- Excellent project management skills
- Database related skills (preferably with Raiser’s Edge or similar)
