The College is seeking a Business graduate who can teach Business Studies to BTEC Level 3 within this thriving and expanding department. This is a fixed-term role until 29th June 2018.
The Business Department is one of the largest departments in the College. The Department is situated in a purpose-built centre with well-equipped classrooms and excellent IT facilities. Students achieve success rates which are above the national averages and the Department is graded as outstanding. The Department follows the EdExcel specification for A Level Business Studies and Edexcel for BTEC Business at both L2 and L3.
This post is suitable both for experienced teachers or newly qualified teachers. Above all, we are seeking someone with an excellent knowledge of Business and the ability to make the subject come alive for our students. The person appointed must be confident in the use of Information Technology in all aspects of their work. Ideally the successful applicant will have a successful track record of teaching BTEC Level 3.
The full-time salary for this fixed term post is up to £39,695 per annum which includes the Reigate College Allowance and the Professional Standards Payment (where applicable).
