This multi-disciplinary research area combines doctrinal inquiry and socio-legal methodology to address the urgent social need for more accessible legal interventions and remedies for litigants within local, national and international communities. It matches the acquisition of skills and knowledge related to Scottish and common law legal systems with experience–based learning to provide ground breaking legal education, improve end- user experience and produce impactful public policy outcomes.
