UCL’s Academic Services department (http://www.ucl.ac.uk/srs/our-services/academic-services) is responsible for a range of key operations, including: institutional governance; academic policy and quality assurance; student data; examinations; and student casework. The Senior Casework Officer is responsible for overseeing the effective day-to-day operational management of UCL’s student complaints, appeals and disciplinary procedures.
The successful applicant will need to demonstrate experience of providing advice on regulatory and procedural matters, and of ensuring compliance with policy and procedures. The successful candidate will possess a thorough knowledge of student support arrangements and the ability to deal with complex confidential situations with sensitivity and tact.
