Applications are invited for the position of Associate Professor in HRM/OB based in the Management Division of Nottingham University Business School. The person appointed will be expected to engage in high quality research and to contribute to teaching on the range of programmes offered by the School at both undergraduate and postgraduate level. They will also be required to make an appropriate contribution to administration.
Candidates should have a PhD (or equivalent) in a relevant area, together with significant teaching experience in relevant subjects at HE level. They should have excellent communication and presentation skills and the ability to teach at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels in relevant subjects across HRM and OB. A sustained track record of high quality publications in any area of HRM/OB and the ability to produce high quality research in a relevant area is also required. Candidates should have the ability to develop their own research area, the flexibility to collaborate with colleagues and the ability to work well in a team. It is desirable that candidates can teach introductory quantitative research methods.
This is a full-time post, available on a permanent basis.
